[South Park: Got A Nut]

Cartman being labeled Masterdebater split my sides not because the joke was really funny... but there was a fellow Adult Swim Board user with that same handle... for years... that’s pretty much disappeared since Trump won. But she spoke in fuckton of bad faith just like Cartman. Not too sure what’s happened to make her absent since she truly wanted Donald’s win.

The episode didn’t turn out entirely how I felt. ICE and just the talk of immigration hits too close for me obviously. The raid in Heaven scene wasn’t wrong but it didn’t make me feel good either. Just shamed. Even when I can acknowledge the dark humor. I joke about fucked up shit all the time but turn my head when white people make ICE jokes because yeah who’s still losing their homes and their lives? Not you. I’m legal but it hasn’t stopped them before as of late.

At least for South Park you can tell it’s clearly a vitriolic “fuck you” to Homeland Security.

Like how it ended purely absurd and that Saddam/Trump has a little JD companion with baby oil. Can’t get enough of Satan not giving a shit.

Mainly the underwhelming thing was Cartman not really embracing the homely Charlie Kirk. Someone made an edit of Cartman in his Kirk attire for the episode, with the prolapsed anus he calls his gums... and the picture turned out to be not even official or part of the episode. They even downplay PC Principal’s involvement. The promo mislead you into thinking he was right behind Cartman and his debates.

Mackey & Clyde escape Mar-A-Lago.

When I first saw the promo, I thought Mackey stepping into ICE miiight have been a way to kill him off. I was wrong. So far?

I guess I felt that because South Park’s clearly not as episodic as it used to be. They make changes and set them in stone for more recent episodes. That’s how they wrote off Barbrady.

So... for the main whacky adult ensemble from the OG show... Chef is gone, Barbrady is gone, Jimbo & Ned (Both almost killed, but still around on occasion), and Garrison’s clearly been through the mud. Maybe they’ll figure something out with Mackey.

Honestly did cross my mind that out of all mentioned, Mackey stood through the whole series with his teeth just for having that one “M’kay” to describe him.

What happened to Barbrady?

For me, the most brutal part of the episode was Kristi Noem repeatedly shooting puppies. America just decided that something like that actually doesn't matter and is no big deal. The show doing it so horrifically visually shows why the fact that America's outrage appears to be gone for shit like this, doesn't mean it SHOULD be gone.

The ICE stuff was bad too but I was a little surprised and relieved there were no harmful stereotypes about the Mexicans being abused and hurt. We are allowed to be properly upset without being asked to half-laugh in the background. That's WAY different than the South Park I remember.
