To this day, sometimes I’ll watch the most extravagant drawings with the most hilarious ad-libs and think “wait a minute. The Hiroshima bombing hasn’t even happened yet. Why are these shorts as good as they are?”
I’ve always shown that genuine disbelief toward almost every original short they’ve ever produced. I’m blanking on them ever having a black and white cartoon that I wasn’t entertained by. Which is exactly why I’ll even put it above Looney Tunes.
