The only reason I tried speaking good on the CC run even after it died out was because I was part of the movement in getting the show back in the first place.
But it’s been so long now and people were right that the FOX run did about all it needed to do.
It’s easy to still say “yeah, fuck FOX” because they’re also horrible, but the original showrunners do not care about the dignity this show once had. Truth be told, it’s a fucking miracle this show wasn’t around for 2016. Solid proof that comedy could’ve been much worse than it already was if new Futurama was present.
